Scaling up for operation of Reach Remote

With the addition of two USVs for Reach Remote to the fleet managed by Massterly, our Chief Operating Officer Roger Holm is actively recruiting. The two vessels, designed for inspection and light maintenance on offshore installations are soon to start seatrials and autonomy/remote control tests.

I am looking for skilled and self-driven captains and navigators, with the ability to think outside the box, and that want to take part of the development of a whole new maritime industry

Massterly will need a variety of new employees;

  • Captain/Navigators with a valid D1, D2 or D3 license,

  • Chief engineers/engineers with M1, M2, M4

  • Certified maritime electrician (ETO)

With operations in Norwegian Waters, you should have a permit to live and work in Norway, be able to meet medical requirements for seafarers as described by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, be fluent in English and Norwegian. Proactive and innovative, and with an urge to drive change.

Work will be partly onboard partly in the Remote Operations Center, with tasks gradually moved to the control center.
