Reach Remote 1 hits the water

The first of Reach Subseas new Unmanned Surface Vehicles has been lauched at Trosvik Maritime, Brevik/Norway.

Propped full with technology in a tiny 24m package, this USV shall within short perform survey and inspection work, normally carried out by vessels 10x its size.

Massterly has provided newbuilding supervision on behalf of Reach Subsea during the construction, and will after delivery from the yard commence with operational tests together with Reach and Kongsberg Maritime.

Kaptain Håkon Brathagen and Chief Engineer Ingebrigt Garte has been in charge of the team, ensuring that the vessels are built according to specifications.
